Urbnbild has successfully completed a wide range of civil infrastructure construction projects across NSW, including roadworks, land subdivisions, shopping centre developments, and rail infrastructure.

The Glenning Estate

  • Client - Berkeley Vale Holdings
  • Location - Glenning Valley NSW
  • Type - Residential
  • Scope - Construction of a 46-lot residential housing estate at Glenning Valley. It included bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, stormwater detention basins, a 9m deep sewer system, water reticulation, and the installation of electrical, communications, and gas services. Additionally, 2,000m² of retaining structures in three different types were built, along with 6,500m² of road pavements and landscaping.

Bellbird Rise Estate

  • Client - Stellar Edge (Australia)
  • Location - Glenning Valley NSW
  • Type - Residential
  • Scope - Construction of a 6-lot rural residential housing estate at Glenning Valley. It included bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage with biodiverse rock groin swales, and the installation of electrical, communications, and water services. The scope also covered the construction of flexible and rigid pavements, along with landscaping.

Lisarow Medical Centre Carpark

  • Client - Ulawatu Properties
  • Location - Lisarow NSW
  • Type - Commercial
  • Scope - Construction of a 62-space carpark for a new medical and childcare centre at Lisarow Shopping Centre. The works included the installation of significant pile-supported retaining structures, stormwater drainage with a large on-site detention tank, rigid pavements, and the widening of the existing public road.

Forresters Beach Retirement Village

  • Client - Retire Australia Management
  • Location - Forresters Beach NSW
  • Type - Community Title
  • Scope - The project involved the construction of the final two stages of the Forresters Beach Retirement Village. The scope included site preparation, earthworks, installation of drainage, sewer, water, electrical, and gas services, as well as the construction of retaining structures and concrete roads. All work was completed with sensitivity, ensuring minimal disruption to the existing village and its residents.

Baltimore Aircoil Hardstand Extension

  • Client - Baltimore Aircoil Company Australia
  • Location - Somersby NSW
  • Type - Industrial
  • Scope - Construction of an extension to the existing storage area, which included the installation of concrete pavements and the addition of extra car parking spaces.

Arum Estate Residential Subdivision

  • Client - Malachite Holdings
  • Location - Springfield NSW
  • Type - Residential
  • Scope - The construction works included clearing, earthworks, and the installation of water, sewer, electrical, and gas services, along with roads and drainage, including individual site OSD tanks. The site's greatest challenge was its extremely steep terrain, which created difficulties for the installation of the deep stormwater system and managing environmental concerns. All these challenges were successfully overcome.
